Luke launched Blu Staffing after facing the same challenge many of our clients do: hiring in the U.S. was too expensive and time-consuming. He soon realized there was a smarter way — connecting U.S. businesses with talented, English-speaking Brazilian professionals. Today, he leads Blu’s growth and makes sure we’re always focused on what matters most: helping clients scale with ease and confidence.
